I quite like this guy but you do wonder how many times he can get away with bad coverage. The questions were odd and the journalist is obviously a Pratt but boy is Pearson tetchy!

Seemed to me that Pearson was holding back in his replies to Murphy. He must have done it as PR exercise but you could you see he really wanted to go off on one again.
Man seems like an utter cunt.

I listened to his ostrich rant and his subsequent apology and thought fair enough, it may have been heat of the moment stuff after a game but he's apologised.
I've just watched the press conference and his encounter with the Beeb's Pat Murphy and I'm afraid he's making himself look a bit of a prat. Nearly every question posed is met with a question, a shrug of the shoulders or a one line reponse and he looks like he thrives on confrontation.
He's post match interviews and comments do seem pretty honest but his press conference behaviour is strange.
Murphy is a good old fashioned sports journo who has covered Midlands football for as long as I can remember and I thought Pearson should have shown a bit more respect

That "so" thing at the start of answers.
I hate (HATE) that. I think it' reached it's peak a few months ago, when virtually everybody on the news of a morning, wouldn't give an answer, unless it started with "so".

He did that odd thing with McCarthy when the player bowled him over, then said something idiotic in the subsequent press conference about being able to look after himself.
He isn't doing himself any favours, really.

Just listened to the Pat Murphy chat, Murphy does stick it to him and Pearson does his bet to fend it off but sounds like an arrogant cunt and still won't actually name who he thinks has been having a pop.
